Quality Management System

The Quality Management Rangsons Defence Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has been established, documented, implemented and maintained in line with the requirements of AS9100 Rev. C. The quality management system consists of the policies, objectives, quality manual, standard practices, guidelines, work instruction and forms & templates for ensuring quality in work processes, products, and services. The effectiveness of QMS is continually improved by systematically using the quality policy and objectives, audit results analysis of data, corrective and preventive actions and management review.

Various standards referred through product life cycle include IPC standards for PCB design, DO 178B for software for airborne systems, IEEE standard for systems and software Engineering Software life cycle processes, workmanship standards complying to IPC and environment standards MIL STD 810 D, JSS 55555 and MIL STD 461 E etc.

Customer Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction provides valuable information for fine tuning the relevant processes and its quality aspects. Therefore the measurement of customer's satisfaction is seen as an essential part of business management - one of the key measures of success of RDS. To gauge the level of customer satisfaction on the products and services rendered by the organization, a survey questionnaire is prepared and the feedback is obtained from the customer that highlights the customer's evaluation on both the product and services of the organization in terms of satisfaction level.
